3.1 We ship orders within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. 3.2 Shipping times vary depending on location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. 3.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. 3.4 If a print arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Due to the nature of custom prints, all sales are final. 4.2 Refunds or replacements are only available for damaged or defective prints. Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. 4.3 To request a refund or replacement, please contact us.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All images on our website are copyrighted and owned by James Rosselet Aerial Photography. 5.2 Purchasing a print does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, or modify the image.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. 6.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the print.
